Author Steven Clark Bradley
Recently, I was a approached by my former publisher to write my memoirs. I told my publisher that the problem with writing one's memoirs was that I had to tell the truth. This has become a real adventure in itself and I have come to realize that if you are one of those who is smart and who still does stupid things at times, then you'll love my story. I hope you read this excerpt and let me know what you think. .

"Every living thing that walks and breathes and rationally processes information is a living breathing, walking story that possesses both positive and not so positive reasoned and brainless conclusions. We are capable of the most amazing advances in life and come up with the most luminous ideas. Yet, alas,we are all flawed, toyed with, often dispassionate, very frequently self-serving creatures, until we have lost everything. Steven Clark Bradley, who spent almost seventeen years exploring thirty-four countries such as Pakistan, Iraq, Turkey and West Africa, is a true living chronicle of an author, a teacher and a world traveler. His is one of those living, breathing stories, The Most Intelligent of idiots."

The nights swelled with people on the streets all night and darkness took its turn to nocturnally reign...

Writing this record has been a real experience in confession to God for things I am sure I could have done better and the things I should not have done at all. I lived thus far as a man who is always learning and yearning to tell the stories of what I have seen and what it has taught me. I did well; it is a chance to dig deep into myself and see if I have truly forgiven people; a time to evaluate if I have sought forgiveness from those I may have and those I know I have hurt. I am determined to face it all squarely and let truth set me free and make me a better man.
I know I’m smart; even somewhat above average and more than just somewhat charismatic. I also understand that there are so many who are much smarter than I am, but my name is Steven Clark Bradley, and I was determined to explore the world, and I most certainly did so. I explored thirty four different countries on four continents. Altogether, I lived seventeen years abroad, worked hard, lived hard and succeeded on so many fronts and then, I threw it all away…
